Serenity Place Business Park

This Business Park is set in the foothills of the city of Clearlake with beautiful and peaceful views of the surrounding areas and valley.
It is 40 areas in size and there are business shops for you to explore. There are also customs homes for the business owners. It is a green filcility with no impact commuting and green businesses. We are in the works of putting in more solar power systems. Come and visit our new concept of living and working. It truly is a serene place to live, work and to do business.

From the North(Hwy20): We are Hwy miles south of Hwy. 20 just off Hwy. 53 - from Hwy. 20 take Hwy. 53 for Hwy miles to Ogulin Canyon Road on the left. Turn left on to Ogulin Canyon Road, go 200 yards and turn left on to Serenity Place (looks like a private drive) and follow the signs to the dance office.

From the South(Hwy29): At the junction of Hwy. 29 and Hwy. 53, take 53 approx. 6 miles north to Ogulin Canyon Road on your right. Turn right on to Ogulin Canyon Road and go 200 yards and turn left on to Serenity Place (looks like a private drive) and follow the signs to the dance office.

Please note that most maps have not been updated to show the proper name of the street. Instead of Serenity Place, they will show
Ogulin Court (or ogulum).

They are the same place.
